5 wellbeing tip in times of worldwide change

5 wellbeing tip in times of worldwide change

In these unprecedented times of change in which we all find ourselves involved in on a collective level, at this time of tangible human push for evolution where so many of us can feel identified with each other with more awareness of each others needs as many of us go through similar circumstances, we can all benefit from some extra support. Many of us can really relate to each other on a planetary level providing us with a true sense of oneness as we come together to evolve through a world healing crisis. We are at a time in history where we can feel beyond the barriers of our countries, race, creed or sex, no matter how far the we each are.

Identifying with others no matter the distance or country

A moment in our evolution where so many of us can feel identified with what may be happening to another being brother or another being sister even if it is on the other side of the world. No matter how far away it is, we can now relate and realize that more and more of us who are living or going through something very similar. We are relating ourselves globally with something very unknown to many. And that’s okay. The unknown is fine. Uncertainty is fine. It’s time to lose your fear of the unknown. It’s time to lose attachment to needing to know everything and have everything under control. We are in a collective crisis and I do not say this as something negative, on the contrary, I see it as a great opportunity.

An opportunity to see and realise how we respond and how we feel in the face of a crisis. How do you respond to a global crisis?

In my case I would start by feeling how I respond to a crisis at home first and extrapolate it from there. Do I stay calm when a crisis comes up? Do I flee when there is a crisis? Do I grow up and get in the way when there is a crisis? Do I respond quickly or do I get blocked from ideas?

In the end, living a crisis from the opportunity, will depend on the perspective from where you observe it and the attitude with which you face it. Understand that this time what is happening is not fiction, it is not a film in the cinema, but it is a film created by each of us in which we are the protagonists. We all need a little support and guidance during times of uncertainty and change. In this article I offer you some advice that I have been applied throughout my life, that have served me, hoping that I can serve you too.

First tip, To be accepted and detached from the need to suffer

Much of the suffering comes from attachment to the belief that things have to be different from how they are. For example, the attachment that things have to be done in a different way than they are being done or that things have to work differently than they are working. Even the attachment to wanting to feel something different from what one is feeling. When we feel bad, we want to get rid of that feeling and this creates an attachment to the need for change and this in turn creates suffering. This leads us to a continuous resistance to trust. It takes us away from the present moment, even from reality and this again produces suffering. What if we accepted that everything is happening just as it has to happen at the moment it is happening? When we can give ourselves to be completely with what is there, with his judgment, without his judgment, with his sadness, without his sadness… with his joy, without his joy… with your disease, without your disease. whatever it is, be with what is there, without running away. We are giving ourselves to life and this brings us closer to trust and liberation from suffering. Suffering is pain prolonged in time. If we radically accept what has happened without wanting to change anything in the moment, what can we learn? Not to suffer. And this begins with detachment from the need to change what is there and allows us to accept the situation in a natural way.

Second tip, Stop and listen to yourself and others

Listening to ourselves and being able to listen to our environment is essential for a healthy advance. The body and mind send us warning messages continuously. Warning messages for continuous improvement and to stay in our center of power. But if we do not listen, it warns us more strongly and with more intense experiences. From more obvious messages like a headache after a very hot day where I haven’t hydrated enough or from submitting under a lot of stress at work. All this has a remedy when we stop to listen and feel masters of our destiny. Then there are more subtle messages such as, for example, a feeling that I do not feel like going to a party I had planned, but I decide not to pay attention to the feeling that was warning me and I end up going and I end up not enjoying the party. If I listen to that feeling and honor it or listen to it when it appears I can save myself a worse experience later.

How can we begin to listen to each other more?

By activating and practicing Active Listening.

Active listening allows us to open a space of rest for the mind and presence with our being and our body. An exercise to begin active listening consists of every morning, when you open your eyes, before you get up, ask yourself how you feel. And before you go to bed again. Along with this you can also directly ask your body what it needs and take some time to listen and then take action. There is

nothing more important in the world than taking care of yourself. The body is very wise and if we listen to it and take action, we create win-win experiences.

Third tip, Believe in your abilities

To look at times of change and uncertainty head-on, feeling that we are capable of taking care of ourselves and taking care of our environment is paramount. How can you believe more in your abilities? First, stopping to listen to you and remind you that you are capable. Much depends on our beliefs. Telling me the simple phrase ‘I am capable’ enriches and strengthens my possibilities. Second, be aware of making decisions from your internal strength and not from external influences and pressures. This increases our self-esteem and in turn attracts more positive situations. Which gives us more sense of security.

It is important to believe in our abilities in uncertain situations as it makes us feel safe no matter what.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness helps us make decisions from our intuition and inner strength as its practice makes it easier for us to be more connected to ourselves, by paying attention to what is happening within us. This allows us to be more free from external influences. Just taking the moment, being fully aware of your breathing, of the air coming in and out of your nose. The temperature of the air as it enters and exits. The rubbing of the air through our nostrils and how our lungs are filled and emptied. All this connects us to the present moment and activates our intrapersonal intelligence, our capacity for observation and our self-reflection. Mindfulness, also known as Mindfulness, is an innate skill in humans just like intuition or empathy. It is the ability to know and be aware of what is happening in our body at the moment it is happening. Everything you need is within you. Take advantage of it!

Fourth tip: Detachment from the need to know everything

When facing life, especially when facing uncertainty, our survival system often it automatically activated. This is part of an old belief program that everything depends on oneself. We are continuously evolving and there is a desire to learn to relate from interdependence and leave behind co-depence and competitiveness. Competitiveness encouraged us to want to know everything in order to win and be above. Today, there is more and more collective desire to leave behind competitiveness or be more than the other, to now walk alongside the other and listen to and respect him as an equal.

One way to cope with uncertainty is to trust in a higher plan and that the information you need will come right at the moment you need it. You no longer need to learn everything to remember everything. There is a collective intelligence to which you can go when you need it, but it is necessary the detachment to need to know everything before. Just by existing, you are already prepared, otherwise you would not be here and now reading this.

Fifth and final tip, connect with your parasympathetic system – your self-healing system

By jumping the system of protection and survival in the face of a crisis and the uncertainty that it may produce, worries, fears and the need to do something about it, but without being able to really be clear about what to do when there is so much uncertainty. This causes the fighting system to become even more active and we enter into overload of the sympathetic system. Overloading this system wears down our nervous system. We must bear in mind that when there is fear of survival we also experience adrenaline secretion because the body thinks that we are facing an imminent danger of life or death. It’s a chain of reactions that puts a lot of stress on the hormonal system as well. It is in our hands and up to us to let our survival system know that there is no imminent danger. It is down to us to let our inner child know that everything will be fine so that we can begin to relax and activate our parasympathetic system. It is in our hands and up to us to stop watching, reading and listening to so many programs and news that are constantly talking about the ‘imminent’ danger. And it is in our hands to realise that we are healthy and that we are health and that we also have the ability to self-heal thanks to our parasympathetic system. We have resources to be well and we don’t need to be reminded every day of the dangers.

What if I told you that you have a system that heals you naturally within you? And that, activating it is the simplest thing? It’s very simple, just turn off the TV, disconnect the mobile, turn off the radio and Stop.

Listen to the sounds inside and outside of you at this moment … and.. breathe, breathe consciously. Your system begins to relax and the parasympathetic system begins to activate. This system has the ability to heal your body naturally. Allow yourself several moments a day to activate your parasympathetic system and give your mind, your sympathetic system, a good rest. You deserve it!

Conscious breathing is your greatest ally <3
